About Us

KinDee was founded by Grace Wongchaiwat, a Master of Environmental Management (MEM) candidate at the Yale School of the Environment, Class of 2027. Grace earned her B.S. in Nutrition from New York University and has experience working across ag-tech, environmental policy, and sustainability-focused community initiatives.

Her background includes work in vertical farming and agricultural technology, as well as environmental and energy policy through the U.S. Senate. Through these experiences, Grace saw firsthand how sustainability solutions often fail to reach the small businesses and local communities that need them most.

As a Thai founder passionate about sustainable food systems and environmental justice, Grace created KinDee to help bridge the gap between sustainability and accessibility for Thailand’s street food vendors. She believes meaningful climate solutions should support local livelihoods — not burden them.
